30³ Challenge in aid of Habitat for Humanity Ireland

My Story
Hi Everyone,
I am due to turn 30 in 30 days! In order to distract myself from the dread of leaving my 20s, I’ve decided to set myself a challenge, with an aim to raise funds for Habitat for Humanity Ireland. Many of you already know how much I believe in Habitat’s work. I’ve seen it with my own eyes and am so grateful that while i’m tucked up in my house, Habitat are on the frontline today and every day, looking after the world’s most vulnerable.
I am doing ’30 cubed’, 30 minutes of exercise, for 30 days in the run up to my 30th. For some of you, this may seem like a simple task. However, for an exercise phobe like myself, it’s actually something that I will find tough. I have a movement plan in place for daily workouts. I won’t plague your social media, on the daily but I will post weekly updates on what adventures I’ve enjoyed/ struggled through! Today is day 1/30
Habitat continue to support the world’s most vulnerable. They “are providing hygiene kits for slum dwellers in India, supporting slum communities in Addis Ababa with WASH and community training, helping medical teams in Indonesia access emergency accommodation, and in Romania we are accelerating the building of an emergency centre so that doctors and paramedics will be able to serve their community safely.”
“Housing has become the front line defence against the coronavirus. Home has rarely been more of a life or death situation,” said Leilani Farha, UN Special Rapporteur on the right to adequate housing.
I would really appreciate ANY donation, big or small.
